About These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Clearly Claims platform and your account. They are distinct from our HIPAA Compliance program and any executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which separately govern the processing of Protected Health Information.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clearly Claims LLC ("Clearly Claims," "we," or "us") website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree" to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a healthcare practice or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" and "Customer" refer to that entity.
